Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

We know a diverse group of professionals will achieve better results than a homogeneous one. We believe an inclusive environment fosters a happier and more connected workforce, which ultimately leads to better outcomes and value for our clients.

We measure our progress in each of the following areas:

	Demographics	Ensure annual increases in female and diverse hires across the organization
	Strategies	Identify and execute upon Diversity & Inclusion initiatives annually
	Processes & Procedures	Evaluate Diversity & Inclusion indicators annually; make improvements where needed
	Inclusion Index	Evaluate inclusion sentiment via annual firm-wide survey
	Investment Manager	Expand investment manager due diligence to include information on diversity and inclusion efforts
	Community Impact	Sponsor at least one event per year which aims to foster inclusion and diversity and engage all members of the community.

Community Involvement

FEG is committed to firm-wide community involvement. Not only does community involvement help us understand the work many of our clients do – it also us stay in touch with our hearts and shared values.

We our proud to support our local community on many important causes. Some of our ongoing contributions include:

Food Security Our employees assembled nearly 500 summer Power Pack boxes for children in need. The Power Pack program feeds more than 4,000 children in 95 participating schools each week. The children are primarily between the ages of 6 and 12 and live in Greater Cincinnati. Learn about the Freestore Foodbank	Education We volunteered 71 hours to reach 307 students as a part of the Student Enterprise (StEP) program. StEP teaches financial literacy, business education, and entrepreneurship through a school store activity for students in grades 3-5 in local elementary schools. Learn about the StEP Program
Social Equity We are proud to support the following organizations that promote a just and equitable society for all: • Girls to Women • Texas Wall Street Women • Women in Business • YWCA of Cincinnati • DePaul Cristo Rey Cincinnati	Health Awareness As our founder, Fred Diamond, was directly impacted by this disease, we are honored to advocate and help raise funds to find a cure for brain cancer.
